Fitting Training Into a Chaotic Life – And Making It Work

Fitting Training Into a Chaotic Life – And Making It Work

Let's be real.

Training is hard enough on its own. But training when your life is chaotic? When you're not in your usual environment? When nothing is predictable? That's a whole different level.

The Reality Check

I'm currently in that situation. Again. Not in my usual place. Not in my usual routine. Everything is new, unfamiliar, unplanned. And fitting training into that? It's tough. Really tough. Some days I'm disappointed. Some days I feel like I'm failing. Because I'm used to structure. Used to my schedule. Used to knowing exactly when and where I train. But right now? None of that exists.

Yesterday – A Perfect Example

Yesterday I split my upper body training. Morning: Yoga. Then 20 minutes of really hard upper body training with push-ups. Extreme push-up variations. Bodyweight only. But intense. Really intense. If you want me to film a video of just those push-up exercises – the different variations – just let me know. Give me feedback. I'll do it. Then I went to work. Normal day. Full shift on the construction site. Afternoon: Another 10 minutes. Just to stay in it. Evening before bed: 15 minutes of stretching. That was my day. And it worked.

The Key – Finding Ways

That's what I want you to see. You can find ways. Even in chaos. Even with a full day of work. Even when you're not in your familiar environment. It doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to happen. And sometimes? 10 minutes of really intense training is better than 90 minutes of half-hearted training.

Why 90 Minutes Is Enough

Speaking of which – you shouldn't train longer than 90 minutes anyway. Not if your goal is muscle building and getting stronger. Your body needs recovery. Needs rest. Needs time to grow. Unless you're doing endurance training. That's different. But for us? For building muscle? 90 minutes max. And even that is long. Quality over quantity. Every time.

The Struggle with Food

And yes – I'm still struggling with food. I won't pretend I'm not. Eating well. Eating enough. Eating consistently. It's still hard for me. Still a battle. But I keep going. I don't give up. Because this is for me. My health. My strength. My life.

Remember Why We Do This

We're not doing this for anyone else. We're doing it for ourselves. To be strong. To be healthy. To feel good in our bodies. That's the goal. That's the motivation. That's everything.

The Most Important Reminder

There's only one life. And we're living it now. Not tomorrow. Not when everything is perfect. Now. So even when it's messy. Even when it's hard. Even when I'm tired and frustrated.

I keep going. And you should too.

So Here's My Question to You

Do you want to see those push-up variations? Let me know. I'll make a video. Do you struggle with fitting training into your busy life? Tell me. We're all in this together.

Let's find our way. Together.

Because life is now. And we're living it.
