Post-Surgery Update – Finding Ways When You Can't Train

Hey everyone. Quick update from me.

I had a surgery. And considering the circumstances? I'm doing okay. Really okay. But let me be honest with you – it's hard. Really hard.

The Hardest Part

Not being able to do yoga. Not being able to train the way I want to. Not being able to move freely. That's the hardest part for me. Not the pain. Not the recovery. The stillness. On the day of the operation, I didn't do anything afterward. Nothing. No yoga. No training. No movement. I just let my body rest. Completely. Because sometimes that's the right thing to do.

Sometimes rest is the training.

Finding Ways

But now? Now I'm trying to find ways. Ways to cope. Ways to move. Ways to stay connected to my body without overdoing it. Stretching – the kind that doesn't involve my legs. Static holds. Planks. Isometric exercises. And you know what? There are so many possibilities. So many ways to train without training the way you normally would.

You just have to look for them. And be patient with yourself.

Not Giving Up

Because here's the thing: I don't give up. There are always ways. Always. Even when you can't see them at first. Even when it feels impossible. Even when your body says no.

You find a way. You adapt. You adjust. You keep going.

Thank You

And thank you. Really. Thank you for your support. Thank you for following my journey. Thank you for being part of this with me. It means everything.

I'll be back !

Stronger. And until then? I'll keep finding ways.

💪🔥
