No Excuses – Training Even When Life Is Chaos

No Excuses – Training Even When Life Is Chaos

Let me be real with you. Right now, everything in my life is upside down.

My mom has a lot of problems. Health issues. So much to deal with. And I want to help her – but I'm far away. I have things to finish. I'm trying to get to her before I head back to the Canary Islands. And I'm trying to hold it all together at the same time.

The Plan That Fell Apart

The plan was: pick up a car, drive it to the Canary Islands, make a trip out of it. Work a bit. Train. Enjoy the journey.

So I spent the last few days traveling by train. But the car? Total scrap. We didn't buy it. So I had to turn around and go back. By train. Again.

The German Train Disaster

And the train? A complete disaster. At some point, the train just stopped. Somewhere. I couldn't go anywhere. So I ended up in a hotel. Just like that.

But I Still Trained

Here's the thing though. I was glad I did my morning yoga and stretching before everything went sideways. Then I squeezed in a few training minutes. And in the hotel that evening? I did a little more.

No dumbbells. No weights. Normally I have my resistance bands with me – they always help to trigger the muscles a bit more. But this time? I worked with what I had.

Right now, my training is more of a full body workout that I fit in wherever I can. Between the chaos. Between the stress. Between the waiting. But the most important part? Stretching. And feeling good in my body – even when everything around me is stressful.

And the Food?

Honestly? It's harder again right now. Much harder. With all this stress, eating well is a struggle. But I'm trying. I'm pushing through. I'm not giving up.

Why I'm Writing This

Because I want you to remember something.

There is no excuse. None. Not for skipping training. Not for skipping movement. Not for skipping yourself. You don't need a gym. You don't need equipment. You don't need perfect conditions. You need a few minutes. A little space. And the will to do something. Even if it's just stretching. Even if it's just breathing. Even if it's just a few push-ups in a hotel room. It all counts. It all helps. And it all keeps you on the ball.

It's Not Pressure – It's a Chance

But here's something important. I don't want you to see movement as pressure. Not as another thing on your to-do list. Not as guilt. Not as "I have to."

See it as a chance. A chance to find balance. To stay fit. To stay mobile. To come back to yourself. To accept your body. To feel at home in it.

We only live once. And every second counts. So enjoy the seconds. Even the messy ones. Even the stressful ones. Even the ones on a train that won't move.

A Little Story From the Train

You know what I did on that train? I filmed a flexing video. Right there. On the German railway. Just me, my biceps, and the chaos around me. And let me tell you – it turned out amazing. Me, playing with my biceps like crazy. Real. Unscripted. Pure me. That video will be on my OnlyFans page soon. And later, it'll land in my store.

Because even in the middle of a nightmare, there's a moment for me. For my passion. For my art.

I Want You to Be Part of This

This blog is about my fitness journey. About the chaos. About the struggles. About the small wins.

But it's also about you. I want you to be curious. I want you to want to watch my videos. I want you to be part of this journey – not just reading, but watching, feeling, growing with me.

And if you have a story of your own? Something you've experienced? A comment? A thought? I'd love to hear it. I really do. Write to me. Share it. I'm excited for every single one.

Stay on the Ball

Life will be chaotic. Plans will fall apart. Trains will stop. Cars will break. But you can always do something. Always.

So do it. Stay on the ball. Keep going.

Let's keep moving. No excuses.
